Wash and dry all produce. Drain and rinse @chickpeas{15%oz}; thoroughly pat dry with paper towels.

Place @edamame{1%cup} and chickpeas in a #medium bowl{}; microwave until warm and slightly tender ~{30%seconds}.

Trim and discard root end from @baby lettuce{1%head}; chop leaves into bite-size pieces. Thinly slice @scallions{2%stalks}, separating whites from greens.

In a #large bowl{}, whisk together @peanut butter{2%tbsp}, @sesame dressing{2%tbsp}, and @chili flakes{½%tsp}. -- Knead peanut butter packet before opening to make whisking easier. -- Add @water{2%tbsp} 1 tsp at a time until dressing reaches a drizzling consistency.

Add baby lettuce, @shredded red cabbage{1%cup}, @shredded carrots{½%cup}, and scallion whites to the large bowl; toss to coat. Taste and season with @salt{1%tsp} and @black pepper{1%tsp} as needed.

Divide salad between bowls. Top with edamame, chickpeas, @sesame seeds{1%tbsp}, and scallion greens. Serve.
